Eligibility

Connect is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please report it via our Contact form.

Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Email, password (hashed), display info like username, age, gender, country, languages, profile visibility, and optional bio.
  • Content: Messages, images (public or private), and other content you choose to upload.
  • Usage Data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, approximate location (country), settings, timestamps, and interactions.
  • Support: Messages you send to us through the Contact form.
  • Payments: If/when Premium is enabled, payment details are processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card data.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Facilitate discovery, messaging, safety checks, and user reporting.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse (e.g., bot detection, anti‑scam measures).
  • Support and respond to your requests and enforce our policies.

  • With Your Consent: When you choose to share content (public photos, messages to other users).

Vendors We Use

Content Controls, Public vs. Private

You can upload public images (visible to others) and private images (hidden by default). We may blur, gate, or gray out sensitive content until explicitly revealed. Do not upload illegal content. We may remove content that violates our policies or the law.

Safety, Reporting, and Enforcement

We prohibit harassment, exploitation, non‑consensual content, trafficking, hate speech, and criminal activity. We may use automated and human review to detect policy violations. Violations can lead to warnings, restrictions, or account termination.

International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and transfer of your information in the U.S. and elsewhere.
